Birthday Party Creations: Noah's Ark

For my son's birthday this year, we thought we would play off of his name Noah and do a "two by two" theme since he turned two this year!  I decided to make all the snacks rainbow colors, and have some animal decorations.  I decided that mini cupcakes would be fun to do so everyone could take two and put little animal faces on each cupcake.  Cupcakes by Heather, owner- Heather Sniadecki, made the MOST delicious chocolate cupcakes with baby blue icing!  I couldn't find any stickers that I liked, so I ended up drawing all the animals, coloring them in Photoshop and printing them out for all the cupcakes. Then, yes, I ended up making a small ark for the cupcake display.  This was really not that hard, just cardboard and a hot glue gun, but it helped bring the entire theme together. Other than that, all the decorations were pretty simple, just balloons, paper cups and plates. There is a gold pot of Chicago Style popcorn at the end of the rainbow snacks.  Hope you enjoy the decorations! Thank you to Natalie Pitts for taking the photos!
